new to barre belle? 

Welcome to class!  Here’s what you need to know:

  • You don’t have to be a dancer to train like one!

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can set you up. Clients will not be permitted late entry to class after 5 minutes from the start time.

  • Please do not leave the room before cool down is complete. The cool down is important to lower your heart rate and stretch muscles to prevent injury. It also ensures the experience isn’t disrupted for other clients in class.

  • Please wear toe sox or grip sox (available for purchase in studio).

  • Bring a water bottle!

  • Please notify your instructor of any injuries or health related concerns!

  • Please be mindful of personal hygiene and cleanliness when entering the shared space (change rooms & studio). Ensure that you are prepared to sweat and that you are mindful of others around you. Further, please avoid heavy fragrances in consideration of other participants.

 

NOT YOUR TYPICAL BARRE CLASS

The Barre Belle program is accessible to all fitness levels; however it is challenging!  Expect to SWEAT!

Start with a Fit or Fat Burn class before trying Barre X (our most advanced HIIT class). All classes include impact exercises. Low impact exercise options will always be given.

What if I am not flexible or coordinated?

  •  You do not need dance experience! 

  •  Classes focus on simple patterns, strength training and cardiovascular endurance. 

  •  Flexibility and coordination will naturally improve over time and with practice. 

WHAT IS THE FOOTWEAR POLICY? 

  • Toe sox are mandatory

  • If you do not have any, they are available to purchase at the studio.



WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A CLASS?

  •  Class must be cancelled a minimum of 10 hours before the 6:05am and weekend classes, and 5 hours before all other weekday classes.

  •  Cancellations must be made through your online Mindbody account,

  •  Cancellations cannot be made over the phone or via email.

  •  An early cancelled class will be returned as a class credit onto your Mindbody account.

  •  Class packs and drop ins will be charged as though you attended a class.  Class will be deducted from your account upon a late cancellation.

  •  A late charge of $15.00 will be applied to Monthly Unlimited or Auto-Renew Memberships.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY CLASS?

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class.

  • Class reservations may be given to waitlisted clients 5 minutes before class starts.

  • Classes close 5 minutes after start time.

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

  •  Clients who attend class 3-4 times per week will see significant improvement in technique and gains in strength after only 1-2 weeks. 

  •  Each class burns on average 500 calories (depending on your height and weight).

Studio Policies

All clients must have a valid credit card on file. All sales are final, non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable. Classes can only be redeemed in the city in which they were purchased.

Group Fitness Class Policies

To ensure the safety of our clients, only towels and water are permitted in the classroom; all other personal belongings are not permitted including cell phones. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. However, we always do our best to send an email notification as soon as the change occurs. All clients must sign in with our Front Desk Team upon arrival. To ensure the safety of our clients, clients will not be permitted to enter 5 minutes after the start of class. No refunds are issued for late arrivals not permitted in class. Minors must be at least 16 years of age with parental consent to participate in Group Fitness Classes. All classes must be prepaid. Group Fitness Class packages expire 12 months from the purchase date.

Waitlist Policies

All waitlist reservations must have a prepaid class credit. If you do not make it into class, the credit will be added back to your account. No refunds. If you make it into class, you will be notified via email with at least 6 hours notice. You must opt in to email notifications if you are on the waitlist. Clients are responsible to check their waitlist/reservation status. The cancellation policy applies to all clients who make it off the waitlist and are added to class.

Merchandise Policy

In Studio

All unworn and unused clothing (excluding Toe Sox) may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for an item of equal or greater value. Sale items are final sale.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Cash payments may only be made in studio.

Barre Belle Gift Cards are valid for the studio in which they are purchased. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
