Completed 200-hour yoga teacher training. My main sport is actually running. I ran Varsity for the University of Alberta on a Cross Country running scholarship. I have a Boston Marathon qualifying time of 3:32:00. The combination of incorporating barre into my workouts has strengthened muscles that were always ignored with running which has led to much less injury!
