To ensure you have the best experience at our studio, please read through our class policies!



FOOTWEAR

Toe sox are mandatory.
If you do not have any, they are available to purchase at the studio.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your reservation for a class, the reservation must be cancelled a minimum of 12 hours before the 6:05am and weekend classes, and 4 hours before all other weekday classes.

All cancellations must be made through your online Mindbody account, and cannot be made over the phone or via email. Your early cancelled class will be returned as a class credit onto your Mindbody account and will remain there for you to use towards your next class reservation.

If you have a class pack or drop in, and do not cancel your class within the aforementioned early cancel window, you will be charged as though you attended a class and the class will be deducted from your account.

For Monthly Unlimited or Auto-Renew Memberships, if you fail to remove yourself within the aforementioned early cancel window, the credit card associated with your account will be charged $15.00.

CLASS TIMES

Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before class. If you do not show up for your reserved spot, then it may be given to a standby student 5 minutes before class starts.

Classes start on time and if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be unable to join class.
