OUR CLASSES

The Barre Belle class schedule is a complete fitness program with strength and cardio components to help you tighten and tone. Expect high repetition with light weights, resistant bands, dynamic movement, and of course barre work to help create the long lean lines of a dancer. From our Barre Belle Fit to our Barre Belle Fat Burn to our high intensity X class, you will become your strongest self!



TRAINING



BARRE BELLE FIT

Create the long lean muscles of a dancer with Barre Belle’s signature program. This class includes full body compound exercises, barre work, mat, and core in a 60 minute blast. Perfect for first time belles or those looking to strengthen and sculpt. You will love your life and your legs.


BARRE BELLE FAT BURN

We take our signature barre class to the next level in this 60 minute class! Work at the barre provides strength training followed by dynamic centre floor work to get you sweating in your fat burn zone. You will burn calories and fat!




BARRE X

This class is a true game changer! Barre X is a 55 minute high intensity interval class using steps and smash balls builds. Driven by music, this class will build your strength and cardiovascular endurance. 2-3 classes are recommended before taking on Barre X.


ASS & ABS

Target your core and lower body in Ass & Abs. This class is predominantly a low impact class with a focus on strength. It is a one hour sweat session designed to sculpt your glutes and strengthen your core!




BELLES AND BABES

Bring your babe to the barre in this class designed especially for mamas! This 50min class will give you the barre burn you love as you plie and pulse with the help of your little one! BYOBjorn!


X-TRAINING

Cross Training for Barre? Sign us up! This 60 minute blast focuses on full body strength, plyometrics and core. Sweat to the latest beats from old school to new.
